Q. What is Avolve Sports?

A. Avolve Sports is a Web and Mobile Application that makes Athlete testing fast and easy. Avolve Sports allows customized Athlete data to be tracked, compared and analyzed over any period of time.

 

Q. Do my athletes get their own log-in?

A.Yes. First you should log-in to your account and create an athlete profile. After this, an email will be sent to the athlete (email address associated with the Athlete account) with their username and temporary password. The Athlete can then edit basic information, view personal scores, track their progress and see where they rank in drill leaderboards. This login is available to them at www.avolvesports.com.

 

Q. What if I encounter a problem with my account/app?

A. Here at Avolve we like to guarantee you our best and most professional support as we don’t want anything getting in the way of your testing. If you find anything that you think may be a problem, give us a message on our 24-hour chat support and we will get back to you with the best solution. If the request is an urgent fix, then contact us at 1-855-400-7979.

 

Q. What if there is a drill I want to test that is not on the app?

 A. Let us know! Although we can create any custom drill you wish to test, we want to standardize a uniform drill as much as possible! That means a standard 40-yard dash…. no 38.5-yard dashes! Email us at info@avolvetesting.com or call us on 1-855-400-7979.

 

Q. Will the Mobile App (Score Tracker) work without Wi-Fi?

 A. Yes. Wi-Fi connection is not needed on the field to collect data. Once you reconnect your device to Wi-Fi, the data from the Score Tracker App will be automatically transferred to the main database of the web application.
