Meet the Team

Craig Bachrodt

CEO

As Founder of Avolve Sports, I provide the vision for who Avolve Sports is, and for what we are here to do. This is mechanical in the short run, and exploratory in the long run. Through Avolve Sports, we have the opportunity and the responsibility to improve performance in athletes, while simultaneously building a platform that will impact the lives, health and fitness of America’s youth.

Throughout my career, I have strived to lead teams to be better as a collective than they could ever be as individuals. These teams have and continue to make a difference in the fields of Automotive Retailing, Court Ordered Education, and Athletics.

I value “going for it” in all areas. It is not enough to improve upon what exists, but to create into new spaces and make a difference where it is needed most. Additionally, life is about Constant and Never Ending Improvement.  As an individual, or as a company, we must always strive to constantly improve.  Whether it be in our personal conduct, our work-ethic, or as a company, our product offerings, and/or our customer support.

Outside of the Avolve Sports, I am a parent to three outstanding young people. When I am not parenting, or working on growing Avolve Sports, you will find me running on the trails near my home. Currently, I am in the process of running 12 marathons (or longer distance) in 12 months. This adventure will take me across the US, to South Africa, and to Iceland. Life is Spectacular…Get out and enjoy it!

Having been a lifelong athlete, and having the personal belief of CANI (Constant and Never Ending Improvement), I believe that measuring everything is important. Whether in business, in Life, or in Sport, “If it matters, measure it.”
